The British Paras: Thinking Man’s Infantry

A short video clip of the British Paras with some inspiring music by Hans Zimmer from the epic movie, “Gladiator”. The video and music here comes together in a moving way that is not equalled; you just have to watch it and see for yourself. What does “does my nut” in and can someone recommend a GOOD online guide to British slang?

Question by uniquelyaquarian: What does “does my nut” in and can someone recommend a GOOD online guide to British slang?
I”ve recently started dating an Englishman and he has a few phrases I don’t understand. “Does my nut in” is one. I’ve looked online and found British slang pages but none that contain that phrase. If I can find one that contains that phrase then it should work well for me. So, can someone explain it and recommend a good site as well so I don’t have to ask him what he means every third sentence he speaks.
