Which is better for becoming more fit. I dont meen losing weight I meen cardio. IS it the double jump or the single jump

Variety is best for fitness. No one single jump is going to trump another. Use a variety of jumps to optimize fitness.

Variations:
“double jump”
“single jump”
both legs
single leg
side-to-side
fwd-bwd
w/ a twist
split leg scissor
high knees

Try doing each type for 60 seconds before moving to the next type.
