The 2011-2016 Outlook for Multi-And Single-Station Fitness Training Units and Home Gyms in Greater China

The 2011-2016 Outlook for Multi-And Single-Station Fitness Training Units and Home Gyms in Greater China

This econometric study covers the latent demand outlook for multi- and single-station fitness training units and home gyms across the regions of Greater China, including provinces, autonomous regions (Guangxi, Nei Mongol, Ningxia, Xinjiang, Xizang – Tibet), municipalities (Beijing, Chongqing, Shanghai, and Tianjin), special administrative regions (Hong Kong and Macau), and Taiwan (all hereafter referred to as “regions”). Latent demand (in millions of U.S. dollars), or potential industry earnings (P.I.E.) estimates are given across some 1,100 cities in Greater China. For each major city in question, the percent share the city is of the region and of Greater China is reported. Each major city is defined as an area of “economic population”, as opposed to the demographic population within a legal geographic boundary. For many cities, the economic population is much larger that the population within the city limits; this is especially true for the cities of the Western regions. For the coastal regions, cities which are close to other major cities or which represent, by themselves, a high percent of the regional population, actual city-level population is closer to the economic population (e.g. in Beijing). Based on this “economic” definition of population, comparative benchmarks allow the reader to quickly gauge a city’s marketing and distribution value vis-a-vis others. This report does not discuss the specific players in the market serving the latent demand, nor specific details at the product level. The study also does not consider short-term cyclicalities that might affect realized sales. The study, therefore, is strategic in nature, taking an aggregate and long-run view, irrespective of the players or products involved.

Does 24 Hour Fitness allow you to switch your home club?

Question by Brian: Does 24 Hour Fitness allow you to switch your home club?
I have the One-Club plan but the Club I go to isn’t convenient for me anymore. Is there any way I can change the single club I’m allowed access to?

Best answer:

Answer by JES2
I believe you can as long as the club is the same type. You probably can upgrade to the higher level club, but that would mean paying more dues. My guess is that a sales counselor would have some flexibility in a club change, so go speak to the sales manager at your club.

Are ladies jealous of single men that live at home?

Question by Jack C: Are ladies jealous of single men that live at home?
I am an average, yet very successful, 30 year old, single, straight, man from a New York suburb. I choose to live at home with my parents and other adult siblings not because of financial need or because my parents are sick. I live at home because I love my room; it took years to get it just right, it’s free, I get home cooked meals, my laundry done and I am never alone.

In return, my siblings and I contribute to the household by maintaining it and keeping my parents company. We are actually saving our parents money by mowing the lawn for $ 50.00 per week rather than the $ 120.00 it would cost a professional to do it. Furthermore, we provide around the clock security as we all have different schedules resulting in someone always being awake. Professional security can cost thousands per week.

Living at home is helping me move forward in my life and education as well. I am able to go to professional school and not have to worry about roomates in a crappy apartment or any uneccesary expenses. This is yet another savings for my parents as they don’t have to pay for an apartment for me.

I digress. I clearly have family values and am a proven family man. I simply have no need whatsoever to move out at this juncture in my life. Although I do not work because I am going through an extremely rigorous education, I am clearly working towards an incredibly lucrative and respected career. All of this is not attractive? Women simply hear that I live at home and “red flags” go up. Women disrespect the fact that I have not dated or even experienced my first kiss yet. This stuff always comes up when the women start with their questions – I choose not to lie. I guess woman don’t like ambitious and clean men anymore or are simply jealous of those who work hard to create stable home lives.

The problem is you’ve never lived. You have avoided everything that would make a real man of you. You may have financial prospects, but no experience. No life.

What home fitness equipment offers the best results?

Question by Dex Midnite: What home fitness equipment offers the best results?
I want to purchase a single piece of workout equipment that offers aerobic activity but will also tone muscle. I want to burn fat and calories and tone my muscles without bulking up.

I have been running on a treadmill in our apartment complex gym, and love the results. But I was wondering if something like an elliptical machine would offer the same results or better without the wear and tear on my body caused by running?

The 2009-2014 World Outlook for Multi-And Single-Station Fitness Training Units and Home Gyms

The 2009-2014 World Outlook for Multi-And Single-Station Fitness Training Units and Home Gyms

This econometric study covers the world outlook for multi- and single-station fitness training units and home gyms across more than 200 countries. For each year reported, estimates are given for the latent demand, or potential industry earnings (P.I.E.), for the country in question (in millions of U.S. dollars), the percent share the country is of the region and of the globe. These comparative benchmarks allow the reader to quickly gauge a country vis-à-vis others. Using econometric models which project fundamental economic dynamics within each country and across countries, latent demand estimates are created. This report does not discuss the specific players in the market serving the latent demand, nor specific details at the product level. The study also does not consider short-term cyclicalities that might affect realized sales. The study, therefore, is strategic in nature, taking an aggregate and long-run view, irrespective of the players or products involved. This study does not report actual sales data (which are simply unavailable, in a comparable or consistent manner in virtually all of the 230 countries of the world). This study gives, however, my estimates for the worldwide latent demand, or the P.I.E., for multi- and single-station fitness training units and home gyms. It also shows how the P.I.E. is divided across the world’s regional and national markets. For each country, I also show my estimates of how the P.I.E. grows over time (positive or negative growth). In order to make these estimates, a multi-stage methodology was employed that is often taught in courses on international strategic planning at graduate schools of business.

Question by Bonnie: Is it possible to access my home page on a dating web site by someone else and change my information?
My friend says that she can get into my files and figure out my password or change it on her computer so that she access a dating web site that I am on and change my information. She says she can do it from her computer.

Best answer:

If she knows your password, she can do anything on your page. If you can still get into your account, you should change your password immediately.

If you change your password and she still says she can get into your account, then she’s just goofing on you.

Get a Realtor. Realtors work with home buyers for free. Usually you will have to pay off all of your collections but your accounts in good standing will be favorable. Also do not make any payments late from this point on I don’t care what kind of bill it is. One thing I am concerned about is your income. You have to have a good debt to income ratio. It seems like you have a lot of high priced items that you are paying on and I can see this being an issue. Also do you know what your credit score is? If your credit score is at least 600 and above you shouldn’t have any problems getting a mortgage but with your debt and income you may not qualify for a big mortgage. Another thing you have to take into consideration is the addition expense a home will cost. You have to pay all your utilities, hire a trash removal company, home owners insurance, maintenance, home owners association fees, closing cost involved with buying a home, down payment, and also you will need to maintain certain amount of money in your checking account while going through the home buying process this just lenders know you are able to maintain your bills and still have savings.
