I have a friend who is passionate to the point of being obnoxious about dance. My girlfriend, too, loves dance and she sometimes frustrates me because I feel cut off from her. Before I start hating dancers because they are elitist snobs, can someone give me an insight into how a person who knows nothing can approach this art form?

Take a beginners class in a style that interests you like hip hop. This way you know what she has/ is going through. I had two guys join my adult hip hop class, but once talk started of rectial they were no where to be seen and that’s ok. Most school you can pay by the month so if you don’t like it you can quit.
