Metro official says all signs point to 60 percent federal funding for Lake Oswego to Portland Transit Project
Metro Councilor Carlotta Collette told Lake Oswego City Councilors that the region has not been told to plan for paying more than 40 percent for a proposed streetcar or enhanced bus service connecting Lake Oswego to Portland.

East Aurora Police Officer Joseph M. Ferrara and East Aurora physical education teacher Christopher S. Koselny were among the honorees at the annual awards dinner of the 100 Club of Buffalo on Feb. 25. Both were recognized for their efforts in saving the life of a student.
