Question by dshelley08: Can my employer deny me time off for seeking marriage counseling?
The company i work for offers free marriage counseling if needed, and now that i have made appointments to seek this, my boss if denying me time off of work to attend these sessions. Is this legal in the state of Washigton?

Of coure it’s legal. You need to use your own PERSONAL time to go see the counselor. Your employer is under no obligation to let you miss work so you can sort out your personal life. It’s very unprofessional to let your personal life affect your professional life.
